Welcome to Practicus. Practicus is operated by Mustafa Muren. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Practicus mobile application, website, products, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Practicus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About Practicus
Practicus is an AI-powered English practice application designed to help users improve their English through conversation practice, roleplay scenarios, reading and discussion activities, progress tracking, and related learning features.
Practicus is intended to support language learning and practice. It does not guarantee fluency, exam results, academic outcomes, employment outcomes, or any specific learning result.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Practicus. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Practicus, you confirm that you have the legal right and ability to agree to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in using a supported login method such as Apple or Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us at support@practicus.app
4. Free and Paid Features
Practicus may offer free access, limited trials, and paid subscription plans.
Free users may have limited access to certain features, practice time, AI conversations, roleplay characters, reading content, or progress tools.
Paid users may receive access to premium features, depending on the plan selected.
We may change, add, remove, or limit features at any time as we improve the Service.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
Practicus may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved platforms.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, your payment, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and billing management are handled by the relevant app store provider according to their own terms and policies.
If a free trial is offered, your subscription may automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the Practicus app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
Practicus does not directly control app store refund decisions.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some cases. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, legal, medical, financial, academic, or career advice.
You are responsible for evaluating the content you receive and how you use it.
