If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address instead of your real email address.

We process your voice input in real-time to generate text and provide AI feedback. We do not permanently store your raw audio recordings on our servers. Voice data is strictly used for the immediate purpose of providing conversation functionality. We use this information to operate the conversation experience, provide feedback, improve learning quality, and maintain safety and reliability.

1.5 Device and Technical Information

We may collect technical information such as:

If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the relevant app store provider.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive subscription status, product ID, transaction status, renewal information, or related purchase metadata necessary to manage premium access.

5. Microphone Permission

Some features require microphone access.

We only access your microphone when you grant permission and use voice-based features. You can disable microphone access at any time through your device settings.

If microphone access is disabled, some speaking features may not work.

6. AI Service Providers

Practicus uses trusted third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs, to provide AI-powered learning features.

To generate AI conversations, voice replies, translations, and learning feedback, we may process your conversation text, voice input or transcription, translations, learning preferences, and related conversation context.

This data is used only to provide and improve the app’s AI-powered learning functionality. Practicus does not sell your personal data.

These third-party service providers process data according to their own privacy and security commitments.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the app
  • App store providers for subscription verification

  • Professional advisors where necessary

We do not share your personal data with advertisers for sale.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. You must cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
